The International Working Group (IWG) on Women and Sport is the world’s largest network dedicated to advancing equity and equality for women and girls in sport and physical activity. Our goal is simple: we want more women and girls everywhere to have the chance to be active and enjoy sport. As the global network of networks, we bring together organisations, leaders and advocates to share insight, swap tools and build connections that make change possible. By working together, we’re creating more opportunities for women and girls to play, to lead and to thrive - and making sport a place where everyone belongs.
