Personalisation and AI processing

To generate tailored event and community recommendations, your data (including profile information, interests, and event RSVPs) may be securely processed by a Large Language Model (LLM).

This model helps us identify and suggest events that match your professional interests. All AI processing is subject to strict access controls and data protection measures.

  • Contractual necessity: to create and maintain your account.

Your personal data is stored securely on servers located in the United Kingdom and European Union. We implement technical and organisational safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular audits.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or AI processing tools), and only under strict data protection agreements.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
