With a focus on leadership, participation, and empowerment, the event provides a global platform to share best practices and drive systemic change toward inclusive sporting environments.

- A three-day programme on women and girls in sport and physical activity, covering leadership, participation, investment, innovation and visibility. It includes keynote conversations, plenary sessions, panels, workshops and collaborative discussions, with topics including leadership through challenge and the transition from podium to boardroom, plus regional discussions for Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
